it Organizations, enhancing performance through Experiential Activities, FUN and FOOD. We are located on hundreds of acres in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains 55 miles North of Atlanta. Montara Farm is the Un-Hotel. We only work with ONE group at a time. So while you stay here you have our undivided attention, and full access to the estate. We have everything you need here, and are all inclusive. After staying at Montara Farm, groups report more productive meetings, and a unique bonding experience not possible at other venues. It's like staying out in the country with all your cousins. While here at Montara, we customize your entire experience: The Food, The Fun, and The Program. We can host up to 200 for a Day of Team-building, or up to 40 for an Overnight Retreat. Our Veteran Facilitators will consult with your team using a variety of personality based instruments combined with dozens of indoor and outdoor activities that are metaphors for team dynamics. We also employ the help of our 18 Four-legged Facilitators, (Our Horses), to demonstrate elements of Team Behavior Styles and Interpersonal Dynamics. Your Team may also choose to do one of our 3-4 hour adventure programs here at Montara or at other nearby local attractions such as Dragon Boating, Zip-lining and S***t Shooting. Our Farm to Table Cuisine gathers products from local farmers, as well as our own farm. Work with our chefs on a culinary team-building program that is both cooperative and competitive.
