If this can be of help to anyone. Visitor toll pass can save you money on the toll roads. See link. It will save you money as the car hire company will put a surcharge on every day you use a toll. They can be picked up at the airport , just register before you go. Also we find Alamo car hire tend to do the best prices, include insurance and you can also do online check in, so you dont need to queue at the counter ( sometimes these queues can be lengthy and time consuming. Online check in allows you to go direct to the car park where the cars are, show your paperwork and they will point you to an aisle and say pick any car. When returning to the airport we have found that you can fill up to the brim on 192 and it will still show full when you get there. If you are experienced in driving out there I have found a good shortcut to the villa which avoids part of the congested 192 and takes you through Disney. We can usually do airport to villa in less than 40 minutes. 😎

Now we have tidied up and put oven back etc. we just wanted to show you the kitchen again. I’m mesmerised by the colours. Thank you Kong Koatings you are masters at what you do.

Our story

Located in the beautiful upscale gated highly regarded community of High Grove, Clermont, which is a small exclusive development of 160 homes all with that distinct gorgeous Mediterranean style Situated just at the end of the 192 just 6 miles from Disney and on the edge of Kissimmee. The resort itself boasts a wonderful club house with GYM, LARGE HEATED POOL , GAMES ROOM access to computers, fax and copiers etc ALL FOR YOUR FREE USE WHILST OUR GUESTS at Highgrove . Outside is a park area with mini golf.

Our fully air-conditioned LAKESIDE villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom detached home complete with SOUTH FACING pool and spa WITH A PEACEFUL LAKE VIEW THAT HAS WONDERFUL SUNSETS OVER THE NATURE RESERVE ACROSS THE LAKE. Just watching those sunsets alone will make booking our villa the totally right decision.

All the bedrooms have 32" smart ( WiFi )televisions with Spectrum ( equivalent to SKY ) You can also log into your Netflix or Amazon. The home has an LIGHT AND AIRY open plan layout to the ground floor with separate laundry room and games room in the garage with air hockey, pool table and table tennis. There is also a downstairs shower room which also leads to the outside pool area. On the first floor, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and further double bedroom, two twin rooms and family bathroom. The property is lakeside and enjoys beautiful sunsets across the lake, very relaxing after your day out at the parks. FREE WIFI INCLUDED.
