Arrived on Feb. 5, 2025. The villa is as clean as ever. Love the kitchen makeover!! Pool lights are beautiful at night. The weather has been incredible so far.

ANNOUNCEMENT 😎 We have just heard that whilst the Irish bar at the entrance to Highgrove closed last month. The Best of British Pub will be relocating from its current location down the highway 27 to Highgrove. We have been to this pub, do a great breakfast, lovely people and it will be brilliant for our future guests and if you miss British food, they do a mini supermarket for stuff like bread etc. We have always said that villadisneyorlando is quite unique as it’s just a 10 minute stroll to this pub, most villas involve a drive if you want to go to a bar or restaurant. At Highgrove you have one on your doorstep. We will let you know when the move has happened and it’s open.

Our stay at High Grove was wonderful. House was clean and exactly as listed. Pool area was clean and pool area was nice and big. Great view too...would definitely stay again.

🌞🌞😎We just wanted to say thank you for all our guests that have stayed or planning to stay at the villa. 2024 has been our best year for bookings and 2025 is already looking good and already some bookings for 2026. We continue to improve the villa and of course this year the kitchen had a complete makeover and a new pool heater installed. We also wanted to thank our property managers Dan and Kelly for being there looking after our villa and our guests. MERRY CHRISTMAS. 🌞🌞😎

Just a quick note to say thankyou for another great stay!
The villa was excellent and the new changes were lovely, the worktops are amazing. I really like the style there now.

The villa was immaculately presented and smelt clean when we arrived; a credit to the management team who were awesome the whole time taking care of us. It was a shame that the hot tub wasn’t working but it didn’t take the shine off the holiday for me. Kids were happy enough in the pool, just soaking my feet was missing haha

We will be back probably in 2026 next, so looking forward to using you again.

Now we have tidied up and put oven back etc. we just wanted to show you the kitchen again. I’m mesmerised by the colours. Thank you Kong Koatings you are masters at what you do.

Our story

Located in the beautiful upscale gated highly regarded community of High Grove, Clermont, which is a small exclusive development of 160 homes all with that distinct gorgeous Mediterranean style Situated just at the end of the 192 just 6 miles from Disney and on the edge of Kissimmee. The resort itself boasts a wonderful club house with GYM, LARGE HEATED POOL , GAMES ROOM access to computers, fax and copiers etc ALL FOR YOUR FREE USE WHILST OUR GUESTS at Highgrove . Outside is a park area with mini golf.

Our fully air-conditioned LAKESIDE villa is a four bedroom, three bathroom detached home complete with SOUTH FACING pool and spa WITH A PEACEFUL LAKE VIEW THAT HAS WONDERFUL SUNSETS OVER THE NATURE RESERVE ACROSS THE LAKE. Just watching those sunsets alone will make booking our villa the totally right decision.

All the bedrooms have 32" smart ( WiFi )televisions with Spectrum ( equivalent to SKY ) You can also log into your Netflix or Amazon. The home has an LIGHT AND AIRY open plan layout to the ground floor with separate laundry room and games room in the garage with air hockey, pool table and table tennis. There is also a downstairs shower room which also leads to the outside pool area. On the first floor, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and further double bedroom, two twin rooms and family bathroom. The property is lakeside and enjoys beautiful sunsets across the lake, very relaxing after your day out at the parks. FREE WIFI INCLUDED.
