We spent a week in the Pacific Northwest and were reminded why we love it so much! The weather was absolute perfection. We played, went boating, kayaking, whale watching, visited friends etc etc!
This part of the country offers so much from sea to sky! If you’re an active traveler, this place is your playground! Do yourself a favor and visit the PNW, just make sure it’s in the summer 😜!

Let’s talk Disney!
I get asked a lot if we “Do Disney”. The short answer is YES, but there is only one way we recommend to “Do Disney”. It includes a stay in luxury category accommodations and a private guide in the park. Walking around the park, I would see parents with their heads down in their phones stressed about fast passes, wait times, genie etc etc etc. It’s overwhelming just thinking about it!
Thanks to my partners we had a private guide in the parks whisking us from ride to ride without wait times and taking care of small details like grabbing coffees, drinks, deserts waiting for us when we came off rides, helping entertain the kids throughout the day and making the day absolutely seamless so that we could actually enjoy our time in the park with our families rather than stressing about where to go next. We were able to actually BE PRESENT. This is so priceless!
Can you tell how stress free these mamas are?!?!

I spent the last week at LE Miami in South Beach with some of the best in the luxury travel biz! We had a lot of fun but we also got a lot of work done. It consists of full days of meetings with suppliers around the globe followed by late nights of networking.
This is where our connections are made. They are so important as our partners are an extension of Bagshaw Travel when our clients are traveling. We are a tight knit industry because together we make all the magic happen on your travels! Can you tell we were all so excited to be together again? Because TRAVEL IS BACK BABY!!!

PSA! Pack your patience this summer!

Are you traveling this summer? Well pack your patience because this summer will be the busiest we’ve seen with record breaking air travel and destinations receiving an overwhelming amount of visitors. With this high demand has come sky high prices. But set your expectations because the hospitality industry is still trying to keep up with the demand of coming back from COVID and with staffing issues you may not receive the service you’d expect at these prices.
We only work with the best in the industry that deliver the best service but they are human and doing the best they can.
So please just remember how lucky you are to have the privilege to travel and HAVE FUN!

We believe that when you visit a country, it’s our responsibility to learn and embrace their culture. Yes, there are nice, beautiful resorts and we love the comforts and luxury of them, but we find it our responsibility to also experience the local culture and customs.
Participating in a temazcal ceremony was high on my list. It is an ancient ritual that has been practiced for centuries by the Mayans.
The ceremony is led by a shaman and blends the physical benefits of a steam bath with ancient traditional rituals and medicinal herbs to aid purification and healing. It will cleanse and detoxify your body cells to the core but most importantly the experience is very spiritually healing and energy cleansing. It is such a beautiful and unique experience! If you have been following me for a while, you know this is right up my alley! Ask me about this experience-I’d love to tell you more about it and how you can experience it!

Now that international travel is ramping up, this is your friendly reminder to check those passports! Dust them off and make sure they are up to date. General rule is for them to be valid for 6 months after to your travel dates.
While you’re at it make sure your Global Entry, TSA and Clear Memberships are all active!

Since we are celebrating women this month, I’m going to do something I don’t do enough….TOOT MY OWN HORN 🎉📢!!!
Recently I’ve been fielding a lot of international entry requirement and travel insurance questions amongst others and I am able to assist clients navigate all of this pretty easily in the travel planning process because it’s my CRAFT! It’s with my knowledge and expertise that I’m able to do that!
It wasn’t until a client said, “Wow, Steph, you are an encyclopedia of knowledge - how do you stay up with it all?” that I was able to stop and acknowledge this. It’s my JOB to keep up with it all so I can advise my clients. The knowledge and experience is not something you can just google. It’s my profession and why I get paid.
Am I good at all the things? NO WAY! But travel planning? HELL YES, that I am DAMN GOOD at!
And to my clients that value and appreciate this, THANK YOU! And for those that still don’t understand the value of a travel advisor, I hope this helps a bit!

It all started when this little lady had a dream! And a year later we made that dream come true and it turned out we were the perfect pair to make it happen! ✨ We spent the most perfect 5 days with the best group of ladies at my favorite wellness retreat practicing yoga and looking within to be the best versions of ourselves!
