If so, a position as an Inbound Customer Service Representative/Reservationist may be right for you. Inbound Customer Service Representatives communicate with customers and are often the “voice” of their company in that role. They field incoming calls, help answer questions, and solve customer issues often on a wide array of topics. They are essential to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Starting this week, the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport's south TSA checkpoint opens at 3 a.m., 30 minutes earlier than previously scheduled. The north and central checkpoints are open at 3:45 a.m., 15 minutes earlier than before. However, TSA still stresses the importance of getting to the airport early.
