The living area has a bluetooth/cd stereo, a 50" Smart TV, 45mb/s wifi, and a color print/scanner. There is also a landline for your convenience (mountain mobile phone coverage is often spotty!), but WiFi Calling features on modern mobile devices works great, otherwise, just *71 forward your mobile to the landine, and get your messages on our old school message machine. The dining table will seat six, and another gaming table will seat an additional 4 dinner guests. Vaulted tongue-in-groove, wood ceiling in the living area with a two-story rock, wood-burning fireplace. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and opens onto large screen in porch and Master Bath with a jetted tub/shower. Two guest bedroom's each have full beds and a shared full bath along the hallway, one bedroom is en suite to the bathroom. Large deck with beautiful views with gas grill provided and ample conversational seating with a separate patio dining table/chairs to enjoy eating outside! There is a complete library of hard backs and soft back books for your use while in the home. Please be kind and leave them for the next guests to enjoy. Nestledown House is located in the gated Cliff Ridge neighborhood. NestleDown is an easy walk to the neighborhood amenities. Cliff Ridge features two swimming pools ( in season ), Playground, Tennis Courts, and a private, stocked trout lake (2/day limit) with canoes. 1/8 mile from the gate is Caesars Head State Park with beautiful overlooks, gift shop (WiFi available here) and trail heads leading to scenic panoramic views, and several waterfalls. Cedar Mountain has some nice shops, a couple of restaurants, and a good beer garden. Down the mountain, be sure to visit Table Rock State Park, with a real beach, and nearby Pickens has lots of weekend events in the spring & summer. During the fall, be sure to hit the NC towns. Restaurants, shopping, and golfing are nearby in Brevard, NC (~1 minutes), Hendersonville, NC (~25 minutes), and Greenville SC (~30minutes) . Asheville NC ~45 minutes away via scenic drive or about an hour via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wi-Fi and landline phone are available in the home.
