🍁🏠Getting ready for the changing seasons! 🍂 We're busy putting our furniture away, winterizing our water toys, and saying goodbye to our beautiful plants. Dock Daze on the Lake of the Ozarks has been our summer paradise, and we can't believe winter is just around the corner. But remember, spring will be here in the blink of an eye! For now, let's soak in the breathtaking fall colors and enjoy the cozy vibes. Thank you to our amazing guests this past summer, we look forward to welcoming you back again.

So thankful for Elliott and Kevin Marshall with Rebel Docks! They are here today fixing our dock and walkway that we're damaged and came undone the last day of March from high winds. It's been quite a process and they have been great instrumenting everything from me concrete to final repairs. Also, a huge shout out to Bernard with Atlas Boat Lifts who sent his crew out on a Friday night to secure the dock. We will be ready for our first guests of the season in a few days. Bring on summer!

Our lucky guests were excited to be invited by one of our neighbors to go boating and tubing. Even their 2 little boys got to get on the tube. The six year old confirmed "this is the best vacation ever"! So glad they are enjoying their time while visiting from Wisconsin.

The mayflies arrived over the weekend by the thousands. They spend most of their lives as aquatic larvae and when they become adult insects they have a very short lifespan of about one day. They made a great choice by hanging out on the palm tree. If you only had one day to live, where would you want to be?
