The Hilton Rose Hall is one of our favorite alternatives to the price punch of the Beaches resorts in Jamaica. The resort boasts a fabulous lazy river and water slides, excellent service and food, and comfortable hotel like rooms. Meaning that you won't find some of the larger suites that you find at other resorts, but the standard rooms definitely come with a savings over the alternatives.

I have a lot of clients and leads ask me about Beaches resorts, and like any other resort brand there are pros and cons, but what always strikes people is the price, So, here are some strategies that may help you plan your next Beaches (or Beaches like) vacation:
1. Flexibility is key: Traveling during "off season" times can not only save you on resort pricing, but can make all the difference in flight pricing. When your purchasing 4 or 5 flights, it really can add up fast. When you book with us, we can advise on the best combo or resort pricing and flight pricing so that you get the most bang for your buck!
2. BOOK EARLY: I cannot stress this one enough. These are VERY popular resorts, which means that the cheaper room categories will sell out sometimes as much as 6-12 months in advance (and in the case of Holiday travel, definitely 12 months or more).
3. Be willing to really BE together: 4 people can absolutely fit into a standard room. It may be a little off putting because often standard rooms only have 1 bed or 2 beds. Keep in mind that Beaches caters to families and that they can absolutely bring in cribs, trundles, rollaways, or whatever you need to be as comfortable as possible.
4. There ARE cheaper alternatives: there are some great resorts (with arguably better accommodations) that provide a lot of the same family fun that Beaches does and are worth considering (especially in Jamaica). If you feel a little sticker shock from the Beaches quote, let's chat about where you are comfortable and find something that works. Don't get me wrong, Beaches is a fabulous brand, but that doesn't mean there aren't alternatives that would be just as fun.
