Meet Luther Butler. Our November employee of the month!

Luther has been driving for us 28 years. In that time, he’s gained the love and respect of our customers, fellow drivers, and entire staff by constantly setting the standard of what a professional, safe, and fun motorcoach operator should be. A huge thank you and congratulations to Jose Orlandi. This month’s Blue Lakes Charters & Tours employee of the month!

Jose returned to the Blue Lakes sales team this year, by popular demand, after taking a break from the motorcoach industry during the COVID days.

In the past month, Jose has been instrumental in streamlining so much of our operations in assisting with updating the software we use, company-wide, to keep the wheels moving. He’s shown great patience and dedication and we feel very lucky to have him back. Keep up the great work, Jose!
