🔍 Quick Turnaround: Lost items are quickly turned in to a central facility, so chances are they’re no longer where you left them.
📱 Use the My Disney Experience App: Submit a lost item report directly through the app. Just search “Lost and Found” to get started.
⏱️ Patience Pays Off: Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an update. Don’t lose hope if your item isn’t found right away—they’ll keep searching!
📦 Convenient Shipping: If they locate your item and it’s under 70 pounds and smaller than 15x15x15 inches, Disney will even ship it back to you!
