2 bed/1 bath on Main floor (2nd level) and 1 bed/1bath on Lower (ground level). Upper level bathroom has extra large vanity and tub shower combo. Wake up to an ocean view from your master and fall asleep to the sound of the waves in your king size bed. Open, light and airy as would be expected from any beach home! Bedroom 2&3 each have queen size beds, quality linens and flatscreen TV. Lower-level bedroom has private attached bath and opens to outside! In addition there are 2 twin sofa sleepers, and a TV! Crêpe place to send the kids so the adults can get some alone time! Home has a huge front deck for enjoying a sunny day, additional back deck off of dining for cooking and preparing meals on the barbecue. Guests have access to entire home including games, movies and books. There are bicycles, beach chairs, ladderball and beach toys in the garage for guests to use. Front and back deck with lounge chairs and BBQ for grilling! Cupboards are stocked with spices and condiments so guests can prepare meals in fully stocked kitchen. Parking is available directly in front of home. The location is very convenient to everything Pacific city has to offer! Twist Wine Bar is one of our favorites in addition to the Pelican Brewery. Both are easily walkable or you can grab a bike out of the garage. Beach access directly in front of home. The neighborhood is quiet and we love the ocean views but also enjoy walking to the beach and building a campfire to enjoy Smore's or a bottle of wine! We always see deer in the neighborhood . The front of the house is a great place to pull out some lawn furniture and set up a ladder ball tournament!
