Our newest temporary employee! William is the son of our neighbor, the Funnel Cake trailer here at the Merced County Fair. He’s learning his dad’s business. He spent some time with us this evening learning how to shave ice. This was an idea of his to earn more tips! Sly little knucklehead.

Well here we are at the end of the 2022 fair season already. Come out to the biggest and best fair of the valley, the Big Fresno Fair! You can find our Hawaiian Shave Ice stand in our usual spot. Right in front of the Industrial Commerce building near the entrance to the Carnival. We’ll cya here!

The Big Fresno Fair is far more than just the Central Valley’s largest annual event, attracting more than 600,000 patrons each year. It is a year-round rental facility spanning 165 acres held under a 50-year lease with the County of Fresno, and it is host to over 250 annual events.

After missing for two years, CSUF Vintage Days is back! We’ll be open today thru Sunday at 5pm. Come out and shop, bring the kids and have some delicious Hawaiian Shave ice to keep you cool. We’re not in our usual location. Due to new fire regulations we have been moved to the area by the Armenian Memorial. Come out and see us!

The Big Fresno Fair

Last fair of the year! The Big Fresno Fair is on! We have two locations here again at the fair. One stand is near the south end of the fair at the Butler Ave. gate and our other stand is located at the north end of the fair in front of the Industry Commerce Bldg. right next to our other stand Texas Twister.
At our north stand we are offering for the first time ever 12 new flavor combinations! We have Dill Pickle, Death by Chocolate, S’Mores, PB&J for a few. Come out and experience the 2019 Big Fresno Fair and stop by and try our new flavors! We’ll see you at the Fair!
