My personal trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland total to over 40 visits. I have sailed on all of Disney Cruise Line’s ships and am a Gold-Level Castaway Club member. In addition to my Disney experience, I have also personally stayed at both Sandals and Beaches resorts in the Caribbean. Universal Orlando is also a specialty I hold, having visited several times over the past few years.
Additionally, my son and I both have Celiac disease and my husband has food allergies. I am well-versed in the needs of those traveling with special dietary needs and love working with them to have a worry-free vacation.
As the Agency Development Manager I help design our agency’s new agent orientation and also our continuing education programs. I review applications and help with interviews for new agents as well.
The CTIE business credentials require that I have at least five years of travel industry work experience and completed rigorous management-focused certification and testing. My designation means that I am committed to upholding the highest standards of my profession while providing expert guidance to clients and agents.
