This property was recently renovated and designed with custom furniture and wonderful amenities for private beach access. Just 3 minutes to downtown Cocoa Beach, and 5 minutes to Pineda Causeway with direct access to I-95 this vacation spot is an excellent central location. The home offers everything you need for you and your family to feel safe and secure, with peace of mind and the beach! This beach front home is spacious with a large living area, open kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances including double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice maker, and 5- burner cook top, All Clad pots and pans, baking pans and utensils, outdoor acrylic plates, glassware, platters, a cooler and beach towels. And when you wake up, the Breville espresso machine & Keurig coffee maker awaits. The open floor plan consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a Master suite that also includes a sunroom pull out sofa sleeper for those small children who want to be close to their parents. A large two-car garage is fully equipped with washer and dryer, extra refrigerator, and beach amenities to include: Sand toys, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs & umbrellas, large cooler, and extra refrigerator. Giant yard games include Connect Four, Large Wooden Dice, Corn Hole, Bottle Cap Frisbee Game and Ring Toss. SAFETY FIRST:
