At RISING TIDE Tap & Table in Port Canaveral, everything they serve is **fresh** and **made from scratch**. Our entrées feature hand-cut fresh fish, beef, and poultry, all carefully prepared daily and enhanced with seasonal flavors. The famous burgers are crafted from hand-formed double patties, and our fries are made from hand-cut Idaho Russets. They also prepare our corn tortillas to order, lightly toasting them for our Mahi tacos. The stone-baked pizzas begin with house-made, artisan dough, giving them a unique flavor and texture.

The feathers on their chest continually grow & fray. They comb this “powder down” with a fringed claw on their middle toes, using the down like a washcloth to remove fish slime & other oils from their feathers as they preen. Applying the powder to their underparts protects their feathers against the slime and oils of swamps.
