Levi Gilliland graduated our Northwest College aviation program in 2020. He gives credit to his flight instructor at Choice, Eric Swenson, for his training. Eric was his instructor all the way through training, private to CFI. After graduating, Levi became a flight instructor to build up his skills and flight time, he flight instructed in Lubbock TX. Levi is currently flying the CRJ 200 and 700 out of Denver for Skywest.

"I have worked at Skywest for just over a year. Just reached the 700 hour mark making me close to upgrading to captain hopefully by the end of the year."

Yellowstone Regional Airport will conduct a full-scale mass casualty emergency drill on May 18, 2024. This drill is required by the FAA every 36 calendar months. Area first responders will participate in this drill. You will see emergency vehicles in the vicinity of the airport/airfield during this time. THIS IS ONLY A DRILL.

Preparations for the drill will begin at 7:00 AM with the drill scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM, and conclude no later than 11:00 AM. Mock victims will be at the site for first responders to practice.

Beacon Hill Road will be closed from Wright Brothers Drive to the intersection of East Sheridan Avenue for the duration of the drill with access granted only to first responders and approved local traffic.

This drill will NOT affect aircraft arrivals or departures.
