We are pleased to announce the safe arrival of the “Herd” from Arizona. I am currently deliberating on whether the Bison 🦬, Moose 🫎, or sequined Unicorn 🦄 is my favorite. Opening day is scheduled for Saturday, May 17th. The reservation system is now open. Come explore Coeur d’Alene in the most enjoyable way possible.

Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
Starting Pay: $14/hr + 100% of all tips (which can be substantial!)
Schedule: Flexible, including some evenings

Tour CDA is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic Tour Guides to join our team for the 2025 tour season! If you love meeting new people, sharing local stories, and making vacations unforgettable, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead exciting guided tours on Segways and Rydables, giving guests a fun and safe way to explore Coeur d’Alene.
• Share interesting facts, local history, and insider tips over a wireless headset as you cruise through the scenic streets and waterfront areas.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and confident operating the Segways and Rydables, offering clear instructions and assistance when needed.
• Create a welcoming and interactive atmosphere that makes every tour feel like a personalized adventure.
• Stand and walk for up to 2 hours unassisted while guiding groups.

What We’re Looking For:
• Outgoing personality: You’re a natural people person who loves making connections. No experience necessary; we will train you. It’s easy and fun.
• Comfortable operating Segways and Rydables (training provided) and confident leading small groups. Comfortable taking pictures with a phone camera.
• Great storyteller: You bring Coeur d’Alene’s charm and history to life with enthusiasm and flair (we will teach you the history and points of interest).
• Reliable and flexible: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, to accommodate vacationing guests. Show up when scheduled!
• At least 18 years old with the ability to be on your feet for extended periods.

We enjoy vacationing in the off season and never turn down an opportunity to experience a guided Segway tour while traveling. It’s truly one of the best ways to see more things in a short amount of time. This 3 hour tour was in Lisbon Portugal riding on 16th century cobblestone pathways was a great experience.
