It's that time of year already. The FINAL weekend for kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals in 2024! We will remain open for tours only through mid-October.

Our Beacon location will be closed tomorrow Friday August 16th. We will be up and running as usual in Cold Spring. See you on the river!

Debby is bringing in high winds, as well as heavy rain later in the day. All locations will be closed. We aren’t as tough as Debbie so we won’t be “hanging on.” Stay safe and dry all!

Our Peekskill locations will be closed today (and likely tomorrow) due to a pump station issue south of us. Cold Spring and Beacon will remain open.

Industrious volunteers helped celebrate May the Fourth cleaning up the Hudson yesterday. The Sith are deceptively taking over the water today. Sorry for terribly photoshopping you out, Gerard, but you’re way too nice to represent the Sith.

NEW! Erie Canal and Mohawk River Kayak Camping!
8-10 Ilion to Canajoharie
​Don’t miss this canal camping experience. We’ll take in the scenery and explore Little Falls and St. Johnsville, paddle approximately 10 miles each day, work on some kayaking techniques (optional), then set up camp and head out to dinner at a local restaurant. Along the way, we’ll see beautiful scenery and pass through working canal locks, including the “guillotine” lock in Little Falls.

This professionally guided trip includes 2 nights of camping (bathrooms + showers), 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, and kayaking instruction.
