Getting to know the owner of An Extraordinary Traveler.

I recently met a potential client at a local Starbucks. She had been commenting on the photos that are posted daily on my page for a few months and we had several virtual chats. She was ready to talk about a trip. When I walked in, we instantly connected like old friends and she said, ā€œI donā€™t even know your name!ā€ How crazy is that? I was a bit mortified. How is it possible, that people who follow my page, donā€™t know me? So, here is a little about myself and my business.

I have been in the travel business, providing amazing vacations and adventures to my clients for just shy of 5 years. An Extraordinary Traveler is a home based business, that allows me to provide my clients with great customer service and gives me the freedom to create experiences with little stress or pressure. It is a luxury boutique agency, but that doesnā€™t mean you need to break the bank to plan a vacation with me.

I am the mom of 2 amazing human beings and 2 fabulously furry and loving labradoodles. My daughter is 25 and just completed her Masterā€™s degree, has a huge test to take and is starting the job hunt. My son, 23, graduated from college in May and lives and works in Austin, where he is living his best life. They are both Auburn Alumni. While my husband and I chose to downsize to Colleyville, TX a little over a year ago, we raised our kids in Southlake, TX and are now empty nesters, sort of.

Travel is a passion for me. I literally JUMP at every and any opportunity that comes my way to explore a new or familiar destination. Itā€™s not only a lifestyle, but a wonderful PERK of the job. I am given so many incredible opportunities to explore the world thru work, but absolutely love to travel with the people I hold dearest and make amazing memories. .
