The Village at Colleyville and Town Center, Colleyville’s premier developments. The Village at Colleyville is a European style, mixed-use community with upscale retailers and restaurants anchored by City Hall and the Library. At The Village at Colleyville, you can spend a day boutique shopping, relaxing at one of the spas, attending a wine tasting or at certain times of the year, listening to a concert or popular band. Town Center is a 395,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Market Street and an IMAX Cinema and Grille. Market Street attracts people from throughout the DFW Area for their specialty, gourmet food items as well as their culinary cooking classes. The Colleyville IMAX Cinema and Grille experience is like no other. At the IMAX Cinema and Grill, it is an audiovisual thrill to view new movies on a 2,000 square foot screen and a real treat to dine and watch highly rated flicks in plush leather seats. Colleyville has several indoor and outdoor event venues including Colleyville Center, a meeting facility with banquet seating for up to 500 guests, and The Piazza, a 14,000 square foot facility with a chapel, reception hall and courtyard. Both Colleyville Center and The Piazza are very popular among DFW brides. Black Walnut Café, Teriyaki Madness, and Taco Bell have Colleyville openings planned in the coming weeks. Black Walnut Café, a contemporary American fast casual restaurant, will open Thursday, Feb. 4, at 1205 Church Street. Teriyaki Madness, a fresh Asian grill, will open on Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 4712 Colleyville Blvd., and Taco Bell will open on Monday, Jan. 18 at 8170 Precinct Line Road.

Local residents and businesses receive a 20 percent discount. Nonprofit and civic organization use is unaffected in the new rate structure. The changes affect weekday rental prices and are expected to have little impact on the center’s overall budget.
