Let’s talk cancellations….with Covid once again on the rise in many areas, some people may have to cancel due to sickness, exposure, or other reasons. Unfortunately at this point many of the travel carriers are no longer offering future travel credits automatically if it is due to covid like they were in 2020, BUT that’s not your only option! If there is enough notice we can try to make changes and/or get a partial refund. If you are within 14 days of travel, then your best option would be to do a transfer and find someone else to take your reservation. Name changes can be made up to 72 hours in advance of travel and typically the change fee is pretty minimal. So, if you are getting close to your trip and you have been exposed to covid or you have another reason you can’t travel, please please try your best to find someone else that we can transfer the trip to so you don’t take a loss.
I will ALWAYS work my hardest to make sure you can travel safely and if you can’t, I will certainly do my best to fight for you to take the least amount of loss possible.

Heidi here….just got back from a 9 day adventure in Hawaii and island hopped from Oahu to Maui…..opted for a Jeep rental in Maui since the island is so vast and wanted the freedom to venture out!

Pleased to have booked a vacation package at in a Sian Ka’an junior suite with whirlpool bath balcony for some VIP clients who want to enjoy the luxuries of the Adults only Grand Pyramid side of the resort! Their trip is going to be amazing!!!!!

Today’s spotlight is on at their all-inclusive modern resort found in Montego Bay Jamaica! Searching for a 25th anniversary trip for some clients headed to Jamaica next Spring and this one is gorgeous! All-inclusive is the way to go!!!!!!

Hawaii is open for travel but there are some restrictions for incoming tourists…..if you have been vaccinated fully, then you simply have to validate your vaccine status through Clearpass via The Safe Hawaii program OR if you have not been vaccinated you can get a negative Covid test (must be done within 72 hours of the final leg of your flight to Hawaii) and register that result with the safe Hawaii website. Either way, you can safely visit Hawaii and still enjoy all the islands have to offer! Masking IS required indoors and proof of negative covid test OR vaccine is required in SOME restaurants.
I just got back from there and am hunting for two other parties right now for their trips to Hawaii as well. the Hawaiians will be glad to have you visit as they rely on tourism there! Got a great deal at the The Charter Hotel Seattle for some ladies who are headed to explore Seattle for a few days before embarking on their Alaskan cruise. This modern hotel is perfectly located downtown and within a couple blocks from Pike Place market, the warf and near to the cruise terminals!
