This one goes out to all the Mamas saying goodbye to their college students. This mom scheduled a hike the day after dropping her baby off😢 She knew the outdoors and movement would help process all those emotions. She is a beautiful soul and it was a pleasure spending the morning with her.🙏

Traveling solo has many advantages.
One of those is that you get to meet some really cool people like who is leaving for Israel soon to follow her heart and teach. Isabel from B.C. who is doing all the things after finding herself single for the first time after in 30 years. Jessica the photographer from CS who graciously took some beautiful shots for me. The couple that I got lost with on the way to the arch at sunrise. Steven from Dallas who dared to walk to the arch to touch it admits protests from cranky tourists. Kim from Florida who was in search for a good brewery and even - my sweet bird from Denver!!

Each of these people put a smile on my face and enhanced my trip all the more.❤️🙏

These Florida girls came out and braved the Rocky Mountains! 💪 This mama planned an adventure filled trip for her and her daughter. Her daughter is officially adulting and will be leaving for school soon😭 For those of us that have one leaving the nest, all the feels are being felt and every moment together is cherished.❤️
