Let’s talk about one of my favorite experiences at Walt Disney World! 📚🥀✨

It doesn’t matter how many times I go to Be Our Guest, I am going to swoon over all the details. The entrance to the restaurant is GORGEOUS and I will never get over it. 📚🥀✨

Being in that atmosphere transports me into my favorite movie and brings me back to my childhood EVERY TIME. It is everything I dreamed it would be when they announced it, and I will go as often as I am able. It’s what little Lyssa would want. 📚🥀✨

The Art of Animation has 4 distinct themed areas, and one of those areas is themed after the 1989 animated classic The Little Mermaid. 🧜🏼‍♀️✨

Here you will find Standard 2 Queen Rooms with all the little touches you would expect to find under the sea and a Little Mermaid themed pool. The courtyard also features larger than life statues of some of your favorite Little Mermaid characters! This is my little-mermaid loving girl’s favorite part! 🧜🏼‍♀️✨

I am on my way to Florida to board Disney’s newest cruise ship, the Disney Treasure! 🚢✨

I will be among the very first people to sail on this ship before its Maiden Voyage with regular guests on December 21st! I feel immensely honored and so so excited to represent Marvelous Mouse Travels during this special preview sailing!🚢✨

An absolute MUST SEE space on the Disney Wish is the Rose: Cocktail Lounge. 🥀🥂✨

Here you can indulge in cocktails while looking out to floor to ceiling views of the ocean. The little touches and details are reminiscent my favorite movie in such an upscale and elegant way. 🥀🥂✨

I am so excited to see, in just a couple days, what the Rose will look like on the Wish’s brand new sister ship, the Disney Treasure! If you want me to do a post comparing the two, let me know in the comments! 🥀🥂✨

Happy Monday, Besties. 👯‍♀️✨

It’s my birthday week so I am doing a lot of self reflection, so let’s talk about it! 🥳✨

Ten years ago I graduated from college with two degrees. I had made connections in my community and worked along side my college town to design a logo for their Business Association that they still use to this day. I worked so hard and had my foot in the door for a career in the place I grew up. ✨

But that same year I married my best friend and his dreams would take us away from everything we had ever known. I took a step back from having a career to support his dreams. It gave us once in a life time opportunities that I will cherish forever. Over the years our family grew, and I put that family and his dreams first. And while I would not change a thing, I lost myself in motherhood and no longer knew who I was without my children. ✨

Enter Marvelous Mouse Travels. 🧳✨

I know I talk about how much I love my job on here all the time. But finding a job that seems like it was made for you is something you just don’t get over. I get to spend every day talking about Disney, and sharing in my clients excitement leading up to huge milestone vacations. My coworkers share my love and passion for Disney and travel and have become some of my best friends. When I filled out my application in 2022, I had no idea where this job could take me. 💕✨

This week, I get to represent MMT on a special Pre-Sailing on Disney’s newest cruise ship: The Disney Treasure. I have helped families take over 100 trips to Disney and Universal Destinations all over the country. And I have smashed my goals year after year since becoming an agent. ✨

I have come so far since the summer of 2022, but there is still so much more I want to accomplish and I can’t wait to see what more this career has in store for me! ✨

Topolino’s Terrace is truly an unmatched character dining experience. 🎨✨

One of my favorite things about this character meal is our pal’s fashion choices. To keep with the Riviera Resort’s theme, this restaurant has artsy French Riviera Vibes. And the characters’ outfits are definitely an extension of that theme.

Here you will find:

🎨Mickey dressed as a Painter

🖋️Minnie dressed as an Author

🩰 Daisy dressed as a Ballerina

⚒️Donald dressed as a Sculptor.

Their costumes are all very detailed and adorable that we have a collection of their plush dolls. Donald is the last character we need to complete the collection and we will definitely get him on our next visit to Topolino’s. 🎨✨

I ADORE when Cast Members share recommendations with me that they are PASSIONATE about. And on our last trip, we had a Cast Member passionately tell us that he was going to go get this exact dish the second he clocked out because he loved it so much. We went straight there and ordered it and saw him walk in after he clocked out to get his own! 🌽✨

The dish in question is the Roasted Corn Dip at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago. And it was everything he promised us it would be. The dip was made up of Roasted Corn, Smoked Tomato-“Aïoli”, “Parmesan”, Tajín, and served with Tortilla Chips. It was so delicious, I was sad when it was gone. 🌽✨

It is now on my list of foods I will seek out on future trips, and you should add it to your list too! Save this post for your next trip!🌽✨

One of the best spaces on the Disney Wish, is Fairytale Hall in the Oceaneer Club! I am a big fan of Disney Princesses AND immersive spaces. Fairytale Hall HAS BOTH! 👑✨

Here you will step into the worlds of Rapunzel, Belle, and Arendelle’s favorite sisters Elsa and Anna! Each space is full of details and nods to each movie! 👑✨

🎨Rapunzel’s Art Studio is full of her paintings and her paint palette is sitting out on the counter. This room is perfect for little’s to do arts and crafts.

📚Belle’s Library is of course full of books and photos of her and her friends enjoying reading and experiencing stories! Here children can listen to stories or help act out those stories!

❄️Elsa and Anna’s Sommerhaus feels like it is straight out of Arendelle. Here kiddos can meet with the Frozen Queens, and participate in other games and activities!

Aloha Isle is usually everyone’s go to spot for Dole Whip in Magic Kingdom, but have you tried Sunshine Tree Terrace? 🍊🍦✨

A short walk away from Aloha Isle, Sunshine Tree Terrace is the home of the Citrus Swirl and Orange Bird! 🍊🍦✨

While you won’t find the classic Pineapple Dole Whip here, you WILL find other soft serve flavors which may include chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and of course orange! Not to mention their selection of floats! 🍊🍦✨
