In my opinion, the key to a good first day of a Disney vacation is good food. We normally head straight to Disney Springs, but this trip we opted to check out all our Resort had to offer. 🏝️✨
Coronado Springs definitely delivered! We ate and drank our way around all evening and here were the highlights at each stop! ✨
🍟Watchos from Rix Sports Bar and Grill. Can you say Waffle Fry Nachos?! We added the Pork Carnitas and absolutely loved it! These are the perfect appetizer to share!
🌽Roasted Corn Dip from Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Vill del Lago. This one came highly recommended and earned our new friend James a Cast Compliment!
🍫Warm Churros with Chocolate Sauce from Dahlia Lounge. These were a 10 out of 10, no notes. Order with an Espresso Martini and watch Epcot’s Symphony of Us from the balcony. They pumped the music in from the show. Immaculate vibes and the perfect way to end the night.

Listen, if you are going to get a churro at Disney World, there are only a handful of places I would recommend. ✨
Sunshine Churros in Disney Springs is one of those places! Their Gourmet Churros are AMAZING! My current favorite is the the Oreo Cheesecake Churro! Other Gourmet options you can currently find are:

The boy who made me “Mama” had his first day of 2nd grade yesterday. While I wish I could have kept him in Neverland forever, he’s growing up. I’ve been cycling through all the usual emotions that “back to school” brings for me now. 🥹💗✨
Excited for all the new experiences he will get. Proud of the growth I see in him compared to the year prior. Sad to have less time with him at home with me. Worried the world won’t be gentle with my boy. But mostly, amazed at the person he is becoming. I am so thrilled to have a front seat to watch him flourish and do the things he loves to do this school year. 📚✏️✨
When it comes to my career, he and his sister are my “why”. When you book your trip with me, you are supporting a family. When you book direct with Disney, you are paying Disney for a service you aren’t getting because they already have the cost of a Travel Agent included in their prices. If you don’t use a Travel Agent, Disney just pockets that money and you are left to navigate the process yourself. 🫣✨
