UPDATE: They found a place.

Hello fellow STR hosts/owners. Does anyone have availability on Tuesday, June 11-15 for a mom and two middle schoolers? They booked our one-bedroom with a pull-out couch for approximately $145 per night after Airbnb fees, but we had a sewer line break and cannot host them. I'm trying to help her see some listing options. Anyone have last-minute availability? The cleaning fee she paid was $130. We've offered her a small studio, but I'd like to provide her with alternatives.
