One of the best times to go to WDW is during the Annual International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot! As I always said, one of the best ways to learn more about a certain culture is to partake of their local cuisine!

This Festival is not for the weak. You have to have an iron stomach to eat at ALL the countries represented! The kids and I were only able to eat at

🍽️Hawaii/Pacific Islands
🍽️France

But there we so many other cuisines! And they ALL take food allergies SERIOUSLY! My daughter has food allergies so between an allergen-specific menu and a manager always checking in with us to make sure the food we ordered for her is safe, we had ZERO issues with her food allergies and associated anxiety!
