Nepalese-British war :
VI.In 1871, the British war began in Nepal. The main cause of the war was the British attempt to enter Nepal. Since India was under British rule and it was hot there, they wanted to occupy the hill country Nepal, as well as conduct trade with Tibet. They were preparing to attack Nepal from four regions at once, including Makwanpur, Dehradun, ludhian and Butwal.
Opening of the war by Amar Singh Thapa:
In the end, we tried to avoid war with Nepal. In 1871, Vaisakh was invaded by the British on 10th September. Amar Singh Thapa, then stationed at Palpa, counterattacked with strength and drove the British from butbal towards Gorakhpur. Thus, Amar Singh Thapa inaugurated the victory over the British for Nepal from Palpa Gauda . Preparing for war.No. He died in 1871.
English action:
After the defeat of the British, Major General Sullivan ud was planning to attack Palpa again through Butwal. Yuvraj Ratna Sen, kanakanidhi, guru Purohit Bhai bharadars, who had fled from Palpa, kept giving clues to the British whether the lost Palpa kingdom would be restored . They're going to the ballpark with a lot of shots.
First battle of Ujir Singh:
Ujir Singh had a policy of keeping his troops in the hill country, not reacting immediately and deceiving them. He had 3,000 soldiers . Due to kankanidhi's misinformation communication, the British left nuwakotgadhi and headed towards jitgadhi where Ujir Singh defeated the British in disgrace . The British commander, Major General UDD, was wounded for Matanga, including on his chest . The British Army suffered heavy casualties leaving behind their arms and fleeing with their lives. On the British side 5 officers and 28 enlisted men were killed while the Nepalese forces lost around 70 men. Ujir Singh's close associates, including Sardar Surya Bahadur Thapa, kuvmedan kripasur Thapa, achieved heroism . The Nepalese celebrated victory in jitgarhi by saying "English conquer the world, we palpali Nepalese conquer the British, Bhagwati Mata ki Jai".

Ujir Singh won the war with the British.
The tragedy of a possible third war:
Two British soldiers were killed in the Battle of Nepal. Because Ujir Singh was clearly aware that the British in large numbers had been chased away on the basis of deceit and fear. He was sitting in the middle of a field preparing for the storm. After the Treaty of Sugauli between Nepal and the British, the entire war ended.
The reason for winning the war:
The defeat of the British and the victory of the Nepalese was due to the lack of knowledge and experience of mountain fighting after the capture of Butwal, the failure of kankanidhi and general ud to reconcile the plans of the attack, the young zeal of Ujir Singh and the inability of the British to accurately assess the art of war. Ujir Singh was confident that the war had been won, even as he had received the blessings of Mother Bhagwati at Palpa Tansen.
