We had some technical difficulties last night being able to show our slide show. We wanted to give a really big shout out to all those who trained with us and earned some kind of certification last year!

Guys this may not seem like much, but for not having our own facility this is pretty awesome! The training and learning doesn’t stop! Always striving to better ourselves and these numbers show that. We are so proud and honored that y’all chose us to continue to pushing forward! Let’s see what we can accomplish this year! Train hard, dive safe…..and have A LOT of fun doing it!

🫧Bubblies 2025 was a success!🎉 New students and old alike got to share in some good laughs and good drinks! Big shout out to Bur Oak Brewing Company for hosting us. We really appreciate the space and beer. 🍻

We want to give a huge shout out to anyone who dove with or trained with us this last year! Without all of you, we couldn't do what we love! Thank you for taking time away from(or with) your families to trust us in helping share the underwater world! From all the Pro Staff, we are truly appreciative! From Open Water Divers, to Master Divers. Specialties to Pros. Excellent job everyone!

Are you a student or faculty at Mizzou? Have you ever thought, “I would love to learn how to scuba dive, but don’t know where to start?” We’ve got you covered! Diventures in Columbia and MU Rec. Center, are proud to offer our second iteration of the Open Water Diver Course to students and faculty of MU! We just completed our course a few weeks ago, with 9 new certified divers from amongst your peers/friends.
From cold quarries in the Midwest, to the blue waters of Cozumel, Mexico. Angel fish to baracudas, cleaning shrimp to big caribbean lobsters, eels, eagle rays, sharks, and splendid toadfish, we saw a little bit of everything.
You might recognize some of their faces, if you do ask them how it was and what they thought?

The last couple of weeks have been crazy, with Artic Storms, moving pieces at the store, and just life happening. We want to congratulate our 9 newest Open Water Divers! Most of these divers are from our partnerships with MU, that started in back in September 2024, with an extra dive buddy who was motivated to get it done. These 9 divers took a long weekend, and went down to Cozumel for a Certification Vacation. The weather did not cooperate the first few days. But everyone stayed the course and worked hard, and everyone was able to come away a new certified diver! Help us congratulate the newest members of our wonderful community on a job very well done! Be on the lookout to see them around the shop as many already have plans to continue their diving journey.

🎉HAPPY NEW YEARS🎉
Just a reminder we will close the doors today at 3pm and will be closed on New Years Day. We will reopen on January 2nd for normal business hours 11am-7pm.
As the year comes to an end, we want to reflect back on all that was accomplished this year. Maybe it was a hard year for you! Or maybe you rocked it! But either way, you've grown and made it another year. We hope 2025 is full of wonderful times and lots of bubble blowing! 🤿
Speaking of bubbles...or should I say....BUBBLIES! We couldn't have done any of this with out you all, the customers and students who continue to trust us and dive with us. We have an exciting event coming up the beginning of February! The 🫧BUBBLIES🫧, an exciting new Scuba Award Show at Bur Oak Brewing company! More information coming soon!

There was a lot going on last weekend. From Open Water courses, to Scuba Skills Updates, to prep for a Certification Vacation, to one of our very own Instructors training for the next level! A LOT of learning occurred.

First off everyone give Connor, and the other candidates, a big congratulations 🎉 for completing his Assistant Instructor Trainer Seminar down in Diventures in Springfield. Job well done!
