At airports, we track the progress of your flight, thus we are looking for you based on actual gate time. Once you get off the plane, go to your baggage claim area. From baggage claim, proceed to:

At Baltimore-Washington International (BWI Airport)
Door #3 if at Southwest baggage claim. Once there,
walk outside. Go to Door #10 for all other airline baggage claim areas. Once there, walk outside. At Ronald Reagan National (DCA Airport)

From baggage claim, walk down ramp and outside. Cross over to curb 2B. Then, cross over to the big parking lot. We're parked at the light pole marked 6 & 7. You can also update us by calling 1-800-776-0323. At your hotel, workplace or home (Departure point)
Look for us parked in front of your location approximately 2 to 5 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please call 1-800-776-0323, if you do not see the van at this time. Our dispatcher will reach the driver via 2 way radio communication to secure your pick up.
