Saturday plans at BIRDFISH BREWING CO. ✔️

Shovel ready. We are open and here to relieve your cabin fever this weekend. There is beer, cocktails, food trucks, and much more right here in this little city of Columbiana.

We have a Bourbon Festival happening in the Ballroom today from 12-4pm, but the front taproom is open to everyone. Japanese Hibachi Food Truck and Pretzel Truck on the patio.

DID YOU KNOW - edition:
~ Volunteers work year-round planning the show, including special events, i.e. Walk-It Nights, Hayride + Petting Zoo, etc. (+ coordinate with others on the 5k & Santa's Special Night)
~ Volunteers update &/or make displays during the year (usually happens off-site)
~ Set-up includes volunteers placing, wiring/prepping the displays, securing & organizing gingerbread creations, decorating the Ice Castle & Gingerbread House, stringing lights in the park, coordinating with Santa & Mrs. Claus, securing supplies for Wish Tree, Giving Tree, reindeer food, letters to Santa, etc., + scheduling concessions & other volunteers
~ Set-up can 4-5 weeks, depending on weather & the number of elves volunteering
~ Volunteers staff the event the full 6 weeks of the show, including Gate, concessions, activities, Ice Castle & Gingerbread House, displays (day & night)
~ The Harvey S. Firestone Recreational Park and Columbiana Cemetery staff are instrumental partners in the annual tradition
~ Tear-down begins 1-2 days after closing night & can take weeks, depending on weather
