To celebrate Juneteenth and give back, the Rita Fuller-Yates Savannah Black History Tours partnered with the City of Savannah and Yates Entertainment to offer a free walking cemetery tour for Savannah residents.
The tour was initially created as an additional tour to offer to tourists, but once I understood the assignment, I knew the goal had shifted. The residents of Savannah are the priority when it pertains to the segregated black cemetery; if they don't know its significance, it will become challenging for them to help preserve it. The tours were not just about stories, they were about education.

Effective teaching is essential to me, and we purchased headsets for all the tourists. We also provided a picnic lunch with popular food items during a picnic in the cemetery in the 1800s. The individual picnic baskets added to the vibe!!
We are currently looking for corporate sponsors to partner with for this event. Please let me know if you have any in mind:))

I hope all of you enjoyed your Christmas as I did.
There is Christmas, and there is Christmas in Savannah with the family!!
This was one of the best Christmas I've had as an adult.
It felt like my grandmother's house when I was a child.
It was filled with family, food, laughter, shopping, history and good gifts. I love gifts!
We saw The Color Purple last night; it topped off the evening after eating Christmas dinner.
My family spoiled me like a kid; I told them I couldn't wait until next year. lol

National Tour Journey:
It was another great day to experience Sunny Savannah (it was 75 degrees) and meet great people like Savannah blogger Erin Clarkson.

We now have a parking space with the other big tourist companies at the Visitor Center.

Next step: waiting to build our official parking sign. YEAH!!

The city of Savannah has to create new guidelines because someone named Rita Fuller-Yates made history in Savannah.
We are the first tour company to have a store on the bus with books, Tshirts and toys.
The Hubs told them, “Welcome to the life of Rita Fuller-Yates.”
I have to take a better photo but my talented niece Kaylee Zimpfer made us a custom made cover with a big zipper for the store because Savannah was concerned about the products harming a tourist.

So y'all think Kanye is crazy and got dropped from his contracts? WRONG! Well Kanye did this on purpose to get out of his contracts and produce his products himself. On 9/12/22 Kanye told Bloomberg News he wanted out of all of his contracts because they were coping his designs. He didn't want to wait until 2026 for the Addidas and 2030 for the Gap contracts to end. Why do you think he just bought factories and warehouses to produce and store his stuff himself??!! Why do you think he just bought his own social media site Parler, so we can get off of Facebook!! Kanye just cut out the middle man and is doing it himself!! He has been playing chess while everyone has been playing checkers!! The man is a genius!!
