Cuba prepares the conditions to gradually open its borders as of November 15, 2021

The protocols for entering the country will be focused on the monitoring of symptomatic patients and the taking of temperature, in addition, diagnostic tests will be carried out randomly.
In the event that a traveler tests positive, the defined protocols are transferred to a hotel-hospital: a tourist facility authorized by MINTUR and MINSAP for isolation and medical care.
The vaccination certificate will be required upon arrival of tourists to the country, while visitors who are not vaccinated will have to present the negative result of PCR carried out within 72 hours before their arrival.
