🌟I cannot stress this enough!🌟Some tips to help make your trip go smoothly!
🌺If you are not leaving your resort, and just need cash to tip, USD is fine.
🌺If you are leaving the resort, ESPECIALLY if doing so requires a cab, you will NEED pesos, and small denominations.
🚕Taxis only take cash, and you WILL lose money if you only have USD.
💵Some small businesses ONLY take cash. You will get CRUSHED by the exchange rate the small businesses make up. It's also difficult to get change for 500mxn bills, so the smaller, the better.
