The Fifth by Northwest Area Commission The purpose of our area commission is to act as a liaison between the neighborhood & property owners and East of Wyandotte - dew drop in!

We act as liaisons between our neighborhood and the City of columbus, Mayor's office regarding zoning, health issues, beautification efforts - such as tree planting, and a community garden (or two!). Come & visit us sometime, all of our meetings are public meetings - and we LOVE to hear from you! If you live, work or play in the area South of Third, North of Kinnear, West of Olentangy River Rd. Jo

in our monthly meetings the first Tuesday of every month at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 1150 W. 5th Ave.

TODAY: Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein will be at the Northside Library from 6-7:30pm to discuss safety in the area with community members. Please feel free to invite folks from your network.

Reminder: Please follow city code when wheeling out your trash and recycling containers. City code requires that trash and recycling receptacles can be wheeled out onto the street or alley no earlier than 6pm on the day before your collection day, and must be taken out of the right of way no later than 2pm the day following your collection day. City staff have gone through the neighborhood recently issuing reminders to those who have left their trash containers in the right of way past collection days.

FYI, you can check your current collection day online or by using the city’s Pickup Cbus app
