Just pay 25% of the total cost of the reservation upon booking and either pay the remaining balance all at once, 45-days before check-in, or make incremental payments to have it paid off before that time. 👍Yes! If your house is ready before the scheduled 4pm check-in time, we’ll use our Exclusive Guest Services line to contact you and let you know. Every house undergoes a multi-phase inspection, cleaning, maintenance and re-set process prior to your arrival, and once the house is in tip-top shape, your vacation can begin!
