Texas Hill Country River Region Texas Hill Country River Region & Uvalde County Visitors Center serve to promote Uvalde County. Directors are elected to serve a 3-year term.

The organization is funded by a hotel occupancy tax through a contract with Uvalde County. THCRR is governed by a seven member Board of Directors consisting of the Countyโ€™s lodging owners and business owners.

It's time to start thinking about twinkling lights, candy canes, and blow-ups! The Official "Concan Spirit Awards" and "River Road Parade of Lights" categories are listed below. Please note the following registration details. We look forward to lighting up our town with Christmas cheer!

Must Register by Emailing [email protected] or by Calling 830-275-9727.

Concan Spirit Awards:
Registration Ends Monday, December 9th.
Judging Will Take Place on Tuesday, December 10th. Lights Must Remain on Until 9:30 PM.

River Road Parade of Lights Float Participants:
All Clubs, Organizations, Businesses, and Individuals are Welcome!
$20 per float. Registration Ends Wednesday, December 13th at Noon. Line-Up and Parade Details Will be Shared Upon Registration.

All Proceeds Benefit the Concan Fire & EMS.
