This custom skid for RiverWILD Construction has two 50-gallon new oil tanks, dual 50-gallon DEF and antifreeze tanks, a 14hp air compressor, and a 100-gallon diesel fuel tank, all perfectly configured to be no wider than 48” for easy transport in multiple company vehicles.

While each job has its own unique obstacles to overcome, this install at Pepsi Bottling Co. in Longs, SC proved particularly challenging!

❗️𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘: When we arrived for the site visit, we realized the ceiling structure would not be able to safely support the weight of each massive reel bank.

💡𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: As a family owned-and-operated business, we were able to pivot quickly to resolve this new factor by custom fabricating slim-profile floor mounted reel banks. Now, each bay can be used just as efficiently without the worry of structural wear-and-tear or failure!

Leveraging our signature TPL 236-984 l**e skid, we added a custom internal shelving system, work bench with 200-watt inverter, interior lighting kit, VR40 Vmac air compressor, and a 6-drawer CTech Manufacturing tool box to maximize storage and organization. 💪
