School Bus Studio Art studio on wheels will travel to you for any creative event. Pet Sitting Services also available!

My art students and I would like to convert a school bus into a traveling art studio, and we want to make it a nonprofit organization, run by kids. We would like to share our love for art, by taking the bus many different places. To nursing homes, homeless shelters, hospitals, and anywhere else the bus wants to go.

Believe it or not, Summer will be here before you know it! For parents that like or need to plan ahead, please take a look at my Summer Art Camp dates below and see if your child or children are interestes in signing up. Classes are held in my home studio, right here in Conifer!

During the Art Camps, I like to inspire my students to use their imagination, explore different mediums, and create several projects while they are at my studio. We also take a break to have a picnic lunch/snack and play games and water fun outside. Playing on the school bus and going down the slide is also a big attraction during “recess.”

Teachers Do Impact Lives

Bonnie Mittelstadt was my Art teacher when I was in Elementary school, and I even went to her wedding when she got married in the 70’s. I then student taught for her when I was in college, and she came to my wedding when I got married. For the past thirty years she has been sending me Birthday & Anniversary cards and gifts every year…Amazing! She’s one special lady, and is the one that made me the Art teacher I am today. Teachers do really impact lives. While on vacation, in Michigan, I decided to surprise her. So fun to be able to see her and hug her, after so many years!
