As the sun starts to set on Summer we have an update on our Fall hours:

We will be closed this Tuesday and Wednesday (August 31st and September 1st).

After Labor Day and until Snowmobile season begins we will be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thanks for a wonderful Summer season! 😁

Hello friends! It's been a great run, but it is time to pass along the joy of DD's Cabin to a new owner. You could be the next owner to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Lower Buckatabon lake from this three bedroom, one bathroom, 4 season cabin! This classic cabin was once part of a resort and features 200' of lake frontage with a soft, sandy beach. The cabin comes fully furnished, and has a large kitchen with newer stove. This is the only cabin that comes with a detached 1 car garage with new roof. There is also dedicated space to build a 2-car garage. Lawn care, snow removal, pier install and removal are included as part of association dues.

Lower Buckatabon is a spring fed lake and part of a two-lake chain, including Upper Buckatabon, totaling 871 acres of water to explore, fish, and relax.

If you are traveling to visit us, Hwy K West out of Conover is closed. The bridge over the Wisconsin River on Hwy K just west of US Hwy 45 in Conover is being replaced. Hwy K West will be closed now through sometime in October. If you’re coming from the south, an alternate route is to take Hwy G west out of Eagle River, north on Boot Lake Rd to East Hunter Lake Rd to East Buckatoban Rd. From the north, the marked detour will be Hwy B west out of Land O Lakes, south on Hwy S to west on Hwy K. Enjoy the scenic backroads!
