Shirley’s KOPS graduation. We are so very proud of her. She lost 22,3 pounds to reach her goal.

Nancy’s husband Cecil has made his transition. He was and is the love of her life. She would like to invite her TOPS family to attend his Celebration of Life Service on May 11th at 11am, Nelson’s Mortuary, Coos Bay.

Mechelle, Anna, Pam and Debbie.
Mechelle has been and continues to be a consecutive loser from the day she joined our TOPS club. She now has 8 weeks without a gain. We are so proud of her.

Anna wins as KOPS nearest to goal without going over. She is amazing.

Pam tied for Kops award and is always there to help.

Debbie was our biggest loser and our Fearless Leader. She always has a smile and a story about her granddaughter to share.

Halloween fell on meeting day! Brandee won 1st prize as the Cereal Killer, Pam came in 2nd as a Tops Angel, and Nancy the pirate took 3rd place. We had a fun Halloween theme Bingo game and lots of prizes! We also had a visitor, Carole from Applegate chapter. So nice to share TOPS with her.

Christmas Party 2023 featuring Jerry as Santa.

Here is Our Beautiful Wild Flowers Tribe singing "Side By Side" with Verna accompanying them on the guitar. Their team certainly won the Bonus 50 points for their performance. Thank you Wild Flowers, we sure enjoyed hearing you.
