Summit County has amended their public health order to extend restrictions on short-term rental operations. Short-term rentals in Summit County, including towns within Summit County, are prohibited from taking new reservations for stays before June 1, 2020.

The County has made it a violation of the Amended Public Health Order for short-term guests to occupy a short-term rental property.
