🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🤝🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸Ieri, la IItaly-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, Miami(IACCSE) ha tenuto la sua assemblea annuale, ospite dellIstituo IIstituto Italiano di Cultura di Miami In questa importante occasione, il Presidente Sbroggiò, il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Camera e il direttore esecutivo Boccanera sono stati accolti dal Console Generale Mistò, dal Direttore IIC Cerrato e dal Direttore di ICE Miami Bocchi. L'evento è stato un'occasione per riflettere sulla crescita della comunità imprenditoriale italiana nel sud-est degli Stati Uniti.
In una città in rapidissimo sviluppo come Miami, sempre più riconosciuta come hub commerciale globale, la Camera svolge un ruolo fondamentale nel supportare le aziende italiane qui attive. La IACCSE è impegnata a sostenere le imprese italiane nella loro crescita e nel loro sviluppo, dotandole degli strumenti per avere successo in un mercato altamente competitivo. L'incontro ha ulteriormente sottolineato il valore del sostegno reciproco e della collaborazione tra i membri, con il supporto delle istituzioni italiane in America. La comunità imprenditoriale italiana sta vivendo una fase di crescita davvero significativa, che rende la cooperazione tra i membri un elemento essenziale e qualificante per il successo collettivo. 👏👏👏Yesterday, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast, Miami (IACCSE) held its Annual Meeting hosted by the Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Miami. On this important occasion, President Sbroggiò, the Chamber Board of Directors, and executive director Boccanera were greeted by Consul General Mistò, Director Cerrato, and Trade Commissioner Bocchi. 👉The event provided an opportunity for reflection on the growth and impact of the Italian entrepreneurial community in the Southeast United States.
In a fast-growing city like Miami, which is becoming increasingly recognised as a global business hub, the Chamber plays a vital role in supporting Italian companies as they overcome the difficulties they face in the American market. The IACCSE is committed to supporting Italian businesses in their growth and development, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in a highly competitive market.
The meeting further emphasised the value of mutual support and collaboration among members. The Italian entrepreneurial community is experiencing significant growth, making cooperation between members an essential element for collective success. The active involvement of all members and the participation of key institutions illustrate the strength of a unified network, ensuring that Italian business excellence continues to flourish in the region.

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Francine, located inland over south-central Mississippi, and on Tropical Depression Seven, located over the eastern Atlantic Ocean. Hurricanes.gov/

1. Central Tropical Atlantic (AL92):
A weak area of low pressure located several hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands is producing limited shower and thunderstorm activity. Development of this system is not expected while it moves westward at around 10 mph over the central tropical Atlantic. It has a near zero chance of formation through 48 hours and in the next 7 days.

2. East of the Leeward Islands (AL94):
Showers and thunderstorms have become a bit more concentrated in association with a small area of low pressure located a few hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands. However, the proximity of dry air near the system is expected to limit additional development over the next couple of days. Environmental conditions are expected to become even less conducive over the weekend while the system
moves slowly west-northwestward. It has a low (20 percent) chance of formation through 48 hours and in the next 7 days.

3. Offshore the Southeastern U.S.:
In a few days, a non-tropical area of low pressure could form along a residual frontal boundary a few hundred miles off the southeastern U.S. coastline. Thereafter, some subtropical or tropical development is possible during the early part of next week while the system drifts to the north or northwest. It has a near zero chance of formation through 48 hours and a low (30 percent) chance of formation in the next 7 days.

1. Central Tropical Atlantic (AL92):
An elongated area of low pressure located over the central tropical Atlantic continues to produce some disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity. Environmental conditions appear marginally conducive for some slight development during the next day or two while the system moves westward at 5 to 10 mph over the central tropical Atlantic. The disturbance is expected to reach an area of stronger upper-level winds on Thursday, likely ending its chances for development. It has a low (30 percent) chance of development through 48 hours and in the next 7 days.

2. Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic (AL93):
A trough of low pressure over the eastern tropical Atlantic is producing a large but disorganized area of showers and thunderstorms from near the Cabo Verde Islands extending southwestward for several hundred miles. Environmental conditions appear favorable for gradual development of this system, and a tropical depression
will likely form during the latter part of this week while the system moves west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph. It has a medium (40 percent) chance of formation through 48 hours and a high (80 percent) chance in the next 7 days.

This Sunday afternoon, NHC continues to monitor two areas in the Central Tropical Atlantic and one area in the Western Gulf of Mexico:

1. Western Gulf of Mexico (AL91): an elongated area of low pressure located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico continues to produce a large area of showers and thunderstorms. Satellite-derived winds show this system does not yet have a well-defined center, but is producing winds of 40 to 45 mph on its western side. Environmental conditions appear conducive for additional development and a tropical storm is expected to form during the next day or so. The system is forecast to move generally northwestward and then northward near or along the Gulf coast of Mexico, upper Texas, and Louisiana coasts with additional strengthening possible by the middle of this week.

Interests along the Gulf coast of Mexico, upper Texas, and Louisiana coasts should closely monitor the progress of this system. Tropical Storm Watches could be required for portions of the coast of northeastern Mexico and southern Texas later this afternoon or tonight, with additional watches possible along the coast of Texas
and Louisiana later tonight or Monday. An Air-Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft is currently in route to to investigate the system this afternoon. Additional information on this system, including gale warnings, can be found in High Seas Forecasts issued by the National Weather Service. It has a high (90 percent) chance of formation in the next 48 hours and 7 days.

2. Central Tropical Atlantic (AL92): showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure over the central tropical Atlantic continue to show signs of organization. Environmental conditions appear conducive for additional development of this system over the next couple of days, and a tropical depression is now likely to form during that time while the system meanders over the central tropical Atlantic. By the middle of this week the system should begin moving more westward at around 10 mph through the rest of the week. It has a medium (60 percent) chance of formation in the next 48 hours and a high (70 percent) chance in the next 7 days.

3. Eastern and Central Tropical Atlantic: a trough of low pressure located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing a broad area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. This system is expected to move very
little during the next couple of days until it potentially interacts with a tropical wave that is forecast to move off the west coast of Africa on Monday. Environmental conditions thereafter are expected to be favorable for gradual development of this system, and a tropical depression could form by the middle or latter part of the
week while the system begins moving slowly west-northwestward. It has a near zero chance of formation through 48 hours and a medium (50 percent) chance in the next 7 days.

🇮🇹 In occasione della Giornata nazionale del sacrificio del lavoro italiano nel mondo, il Vice Presidente del Consiglio e Ministro degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale, On. Antonio Tajani, ha voluto far pervenire un suo messaggio di vicinanza alla commemorazione organizzata presso il sito minerario di Monongah, negli Stati Uniti, dove il 6 dicembre 1907 si consumò una delle tragedie più gravi del lavoro italiano nel mondo insieme a quella di Marcinelle.

“Il dovere della memoria ci lega fortemente alla catastrofe di Monongah”, ha affermato il Ministro, ricordando che in quella occasione “persero la vita centinaia di minatori italiani mentre contribuivano alla crescita economica del Paese che li aveva accolti e al benessere delle loro famiglie, spesso rimaste lontane nei borghi di origine in Italia”.

Nel messaggio inviato al membro per gli Stati Uniti del Consiglio Generale degli Italiani all’Estero Vincenzo Arcobelli e letto dal Console Generale d’Italia a Filadelfia, Cristiana Mele, il Ministro ha sottolineato il “ruolo centrale di una vastissima comunità di connazionali e di italo-discendenti perfettamente integrati nella vita politica, economica, sociale e culturale degli Stati Uniti ma rimasti saldamente legati alle proprie radici italiane”, esprimendo il proprio riconoscimento e quello del Governo nei confronti dei “lavoratori italiani nel mondo e degli organi di rappresentanza della collettività per il grande servizio che, anche in questo modo, rendono al nostro Paese”.

🇺🇸 In observance of the National Day of the Sacrifice of Italian Labor in the World, the Vice President of the Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Antonio Tajani, offers his thoughts on the commemoration held at the Monongah mining site in the United States, where a tragic event in the history of Italian labor occurred on Dec. 6, 1907, along with that of Marcinelle.

"The duty of remembrance binds us strongly to the Monongah catastrophe," the minister said, recalling that on that occasion "hundreds of Italian miners lost their lives as they contributed to the economic growth of the country that had welcomed them and to the welfare of their families, who often remained far away in their home villages in Italy."

In the message sent to the member for the United States of the General Council of Italians Abroad, Vincenzo Arcobelli, and read by the Consul General of Italy in Philadelphia, Cristiana Mele, the minister highlighted the "important contribution of a significant community of compatriots and Italian descendants. "They have become an integral part of the political, economic, social, and cultural fabric of the United States, while maintaining a strong connection to their Italian heritage." He also expressed the government's gratitude to "Italian workers around the globe and their representative bodies for their invaluable contributions to our country."
