Another great Thursday meeting yesterday with 30 referrals this week.

Michael Greenwood with Choice Mortgag was awarded best infomercial by this weeks presenter, Coaching with Cari. She is our certified divorce coach. If you or maybe someone you know is considering or going thru a divorce think of her. She can help guide you thru it. She specializes in helping with divorcing couples with custody, parenting plans and communication which is so important when kids are involved.

Thursdays are the best day of the week! It's the eve of Friday AND it's our NPI lunch meeting!
Last week we had an amazing 51 REFERRALS to end January on a high note!

It's Thursday and we are going to have another GREAT networking lunch! Last week our presenter Jason Storrings gave us some fun facts about himself and why it's so vital to hire an ethical and knowledgeable real estate attorney to handle your real estate closings. Whether you're a first time buyer or selling your home to move to your dream condo on the beach, Jason will make sure that your closing is smooth.
We had a tie for best infomercial, congrats to Coaching with Cari and Trevor Youshak! We closed the meeting with 23 referrals! 2025 is off to a great start.

Tis the Season to celebrate.. and we want to celebrate the last few weeks big infomercial winners and our star referrer for the month of November! Our amazing certified divorce coach Coaching with Cari scored big with a double whammy a couple weeks ago and then she took home the winning NPI trivia trophy last with our jingly title agent Jason Storrings! Way to go guys.. looking forward to closing out 2024 this week at our last meeting of the year!

We had an amazing Halloween meeting a couple weeks. Our speaker, Robin Landau-Fractenberg from Coldwell Banker, took us on a journey of not just expertise but adventure! Beyond being a Senior Real Estate Specialist and Real Estate Collaboration Specialist, did you know Robin has sung with Rick Springfield, zipped over the Zimbabwe River, and even steered a cruise ship?! 🚢🎤🌍 She is truly impressive! If you or anyone you know is looking to buy, sell, or rent a home, Robin is the one to call. She’s simply the best! 🏠

Last week's NPI meeting was nothing short of unforgettable, thanks to Chantelle Casey with Tandem Buzz! She didn't just give a presentation— she brought the house down with her karaoke machine, transforming our usual business discussions into a full-blown digital marketing concert. 🎶

We can't stop singing her version of "POST IT UP," or her SEO anthem "I rank it that way," and our new favorite, "Friends in NPI Places." These catchy tunes with a marketing twist are still stuck in our heads, and we hope this isn't the last time we see her take the stage. We're eagerly awaiting the announcement of her Broward County NPI meeting tour!

As summer break winds down and parents gear up for back-to-school season, our NPI group kept the energy high this week! Our planned speaker had to reschedule, so we switched gears and dove into some competitive fun. Our board members hosted an exciting NPI trivia game to test our knowledge of the by-laws and see just how much we've been paying attention at the meetings! Congratulations to Patty, our NPI trivia champion! It was a tight competition and the scores were neck and neck throughout the game, but Patty came out on top!

We had a great meeting last Thursday with a fantastic presentation by Kevin Poessy with ProClaims Consultants, LLC, our group’s dedicated public adjuster. Kevin shared with us how important it is to have a public adjuster when filing claims with insurance companies to make sure that you get the money you deserve to repair your home. With his background working for insurance companies, Kevin knows all the tricks of the trade.
