Tis the Season to celebrate.. and we want to celebrate the last few weeks big infomercial winners and our star referrer for the month of November! Our amazing certified divorce coach Coaching with Cari scored big with a double whammy a couple weeks ago and then she took home the winning NPI trivia trophy last with our jingly title agent Jason Storrings! Way to go guys.. looking forward to closing out 2024 this week at our last meeting of the year!

It's Thursday and we are gearing up for another amazing lunch meeting. But let's rewind and highlight the last 2 weeks presenters!
First up: Michael Greenwood with Choice Mortgage Group! He gave a great presentation and told us about all the great programs that he and his team can help home buyers with. Also we got to learn a little more about him and his time touring with YANNI!!! Think of him if you hear anyone thinking about buying a new home. Been a while so we've got a lot to share!

We had an amazing Halloween meeting a couple weeks. Our speaker, Robin Landau-Fractenberg from Coldwell Banker, took us on a journey of not just expertise but adventure! Beyond being a Senior Real Estate Specialist and Real Estate Collaboration Specialist, did you know Robin has sung with Rick Springfield, zipped over the Zimbabwe River, and even steered a cruise ship?! 🚢🎤🌍 She is truly impressive! Last week's NPI meeting was nothing short of unforgettable, thanks to Chantelle Casey with Tandem Buzz! She didn't just give a presentation— she brought the house down with her karaoke machine, transforming our usual business discussions into a full-blown digital marketing concert. 🎶

We can't stop singing her version of "POST IT UP," or her SEO anthem "I rank it that way," and our new favorite, "Friends in NPI Places." These catchy tunes with a marketing twist are still stuck in our heads, and we hope this isn't the last time we see her take the stage. We're eagerly awaiting the announcement of her Broward County NPI meeting tour!

As summer break winds down and parents gear up for back-to-school season, our NPI group kept the energy high this week! Our planned speaker had to reschedule, so we switched gears and dove into some competitive fun. Our board members hosted an exciting NPI trivia game to test our knowledge of the by-laws and see just how much we've been paying attention at the meetings! Congratulations to Patty, our NPI trivia champion! It was a tight competition and the scores were neck and neck throughout the game, but Patty came out on top!

We had a great meeting last Thursday with a fantastic presentation by Kevin Poessy with ProClaims Consultants, LLC, our group’s dedicated public adjuster. Kevin shared with us how important it is to have a public adjuster when filing claims with insurance companies to make sure that you get the money you deserve to repair your home. With his background working for insurance companies, Kevin knows all the tricks of the trade. When you hear people talking about filing an insurance claim from TS Debby, make sure you tell them to call Kevin first!

It's summer time but that doesn't keep us from our weekly lunch meetings!
Last week Jason Storrings was our presenter and gave us a lot of great information about why it's so important to have real estate attorney representing you when you are buying or selling a home! It was also great to find out more about him and the things he isnpassionate about. He is a dedicated dad to his two daughters and involved with local groups like SOS Children's Village.

Last week we had 47 referrals and 23 one-on-ones! Summer vacations can't keep this group from giving trusted referrals to our members.

We know, we know... the 4th of July fireworks must have blown our last post straight outta cyberspace! But fear not, we're back and ready to recap our awesome meeting from 2 weeks ago!

First off, a HUGE round of applause for Cari with Coaching with Cari , our Certified Divorce Coach extraordinaire! Her presentation was packed with valuable insights and (we can't forget to mention) delivered with her infectious passion. Plus, let's not forget her charming and ever-so-helpful assistant, Cameron. Another thing that Cari is passionate about is the Alzheimer's Association, and that's something we can all get behind! If you or someone you know is thinking about divorce or going thru a divorce, or is divorced and is struggling with co-parenting please contact Cari!

And last but certainly not least, a massive congrats to Chris for absolutely CRUSHING the infomercial competition... AGAIN! Two weeks in a row, folks! That trophy practically has his name engraved on it at this point.

Speaking of crushing it, how about those 16 referrals and 14 one-on-ones at our last meeting?! That's what NPI is all about – building strong relationships that make us want to shout our member's awesomeness from the rooftops (or page, in this case). It's those connections that truly set us apart!
