The Downtown Corbin Christmas Open House is THIS Sunday, November 24th, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Nibroc Park, located on Main Street! Join DTC as they officially usher in the Christmas season! Santa will be on site for pictures and to accept letters, downtown businesses and multiple craft vendors will be there and open to shop through, and there will be train rides and a petting zoo! Come out for a fun filled afternoon for the whole family!

Also happening!! Sunday, November 17th, is National Take A Hike Day, so join CFSRP from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the 1937 Pinnacle K**b Fire Tower Tour! The hike does cost $10 per person and includes a guided tour of the Fire Tower and a souvenir badge! Meet at the DuPont Lodge!

The Market is happening Friday, December 6th, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.! The Market will be hosted at Harvey's on Main, located at 115 South Main Street in Corbin! There will be many craft and artisan vendors selling a variety of items - it will be a great time to find unique gifts for those on your Christmas list, all the while supporting our local makers and artisans!

Are you wanting to experience the last bit of peak fall leaves in the Daniel Boone National Forest while also not hiking for miles? The Laurel Bridge Picnic Area is a great option! There is the Three Sisters Rock Trail that is a one-mile loop, with many benches along the way for you to stop and enjoy the views 🍂 The Laurel Bridge Picnic Area and Three Sisters Rock Trail is located off of KY 312 in Corbin, and is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.!

Please note: Parking at Laurel Bridge Picnic Area is FREE, and there is no fee to use the picnic area or trail! There IS a fee to park in the lot above the boat ramp, and no parking on the ramp is permitted.

Directions from Exit 29 on I-75:
Take KY 770 West for 1.3 miles;
Turn left on KY 312 East for .6 mile;
Turn left into picnic area
