Downtown Corinth, Mississippi, is so charming! It has a large downtown for such a small town (around 14,000 residents)! I was so pleasantly surprised. Visiting small towns is my favorite location because you find so much you might otherwise not expect. I like that you see less commercial and more local development. ⁠

| Corinth is under two hours from my house, so I know I'll be returning for a long weekend with my family. There are great restaurants like , Borroum's Drug Store (the oldest drug store in Mississippi and the first business in Corinth), , Buck's BBQ, and . My friends and I enjoyed appetizers and drinks on the rooftop bar at the Conservatory; we wandered the many local shops, like .dawgs, Cotton Seed Market, (we also took a charcuterie board class here our first night in town), , and . We saw not one but two events at two different theatres. We first watched an independent film at the Corinth Coliseum and then saw Life Is a Cabaret at . ⁠

There's also a local art market downtown; once a month called . I want to return with my family for the Red Green Market holiday version. I imagine that Corinth looks like a Christmas movie during the holidays. ⁠

My friend called Corinth a sleeper gem of . I couldn't agree more. We didn't once run out of things to do and see. ⁠
