It is not to late to book your family/friends vacation for this summer! Our large, updated 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that sleeps 14 has plenty of room to spread out. We have some May (including Memorial Day week), June, August and September availability. We offer a military discount. Our 6 bedroom oceanside home in the Villages at Ocean Hills has plenty of availability for the upcoming summer season. The house sleeps 14. It has 3 king master suites, 1 queen junior suite, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room with 2 new sets of bunk beds. We have a private pool, hot tub, pool table and more!. We have made lots of improvements/upgrades! This year that includes new hot tub, new bunk beds, new queen bedroom furniture and more! Short walk to the beach, close to the 4x4 beach entrance, close to the Lighthouse, restaurants, activities, shopping and more. The neighborhood also offers amenities such as 2 community pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts, workout center and playground (all very close to the house). We have been busy this off season getting ready for next summer. We are always trying to improve our home for ourselves and our guests. The house was in desperate need of an exterior paint job and that was on the upgrade schedule for this fall.
Boy, did we make a change! The exterior painting was just completed Sarurday and it doesn't even look like the same place! What do you think??

The view from the 3rd floor deck this morning was amazing! The Corolla Banker Horses are amazing and I am always stunned at their beauty. The Corolla Wildlife Foundation safely herded them back today to the preserve.

The new hot tub has been installed and put to use tonight. This one is definitely an upgrade from the old one. Our guests are going to really enjoy it next summer I am sure.

It has been a busy couple of days here at Latitude Adjustment. Yesterday we took beds apart and donated the 2 bunkbed sets and the queen bedroom set. Today, the new bunkbeds and the new queen furniture was delivered. We have moved 3 bedrooms around so that the new bunkbed room has a lot more room, the new queen bedroom is now a master suite attached to a bathroom and the new twins bedroom has more space. There are still a few things to do in each room but I am loving that it is so much more functional and each room has more space. Only the best for our guests!! During the off-season, is when we do work and change things up. Today, we disassembled bedroom furniture and will be getting some new furniture deluvered tomorrow. The queen bedroom is being replaced and moved to a new room. It will not be a queen suite with an attached bathroim. The new bunkbeds will go in the larger room that was the queen bedroom tomorrow. The old bunkbed room will become the new twin bedroom. The old bunk room looks so much bigger with the twin beds in it. (Still shopping for the new twin beds and new king bedroom sets.)

This off season we are going to begin replacing the bedroom furniture. This beautiful chest of drawers will he going in the queen bedroom, I think. Now to shop for a new bed and night stands for that room.
We are constantly making upgrades to the house to make sure our guests have a comfortable place to vacation with their family and friends.

We are at the beach house for the day to get some chores done and check on the house. Only here for a few hours but getting a lot done. So far lawn care is done, repairing some concrete around the pool, grill getting power washed/cleaned, cobwebs knocked down, etc. Plus adding a a couple of things for our wonderful guests to use. We got a new double flip waffle maker, who doesn't love waffles?? and a new Connect 4 Table Top game. We have had the best guests this year and appreciate everyone of them. They have all taken care of our home.

More changes/updates coming for the beach house this fall. The exterior is getting a facelift. It will be painted and all the railings will be stained white. Time to choose the new color so of course I have to paint some samples to see them in different light and to see them up against white decking and fencing.

It is so appreciated when guests leave reviews and give us 5 stars!!
One of our main issues last summer, right after we bought our home, was that almost every renter complained about the cleanliness of our home and we were very upset about that! Our home should always be clean for the next renters to enjoy and that is one of the reasons we changed companies this year because not being cleaned was unacceptable!!
To get reviews that say how clean the house is, means the world to us and lets us know that we are with the right PM company now.

This is the review that was left by our guests on our Property Management website, Paramount Destinations.

The house was everything my large group had hoped for! We each had plenty of space to hang out together or separately. We experienced a small issue with the pool gate one day and the management company was prompt and swift to come and fix it! Otherwise we had zero issues and were delighted to stay at this location! We will be back!

We have been wondering if all of the upgrades that we made this year would be appreciated by our guests. The lady that takes care of our pool just let us know that yesterday she spoke to the guests that were in the house and they told her they loved the house and it was the best home they had stayed in OBX!!! They plan on renting it again next year.

Makes all of the hard work and upgrades worth it when I our guests are so happy with the house and want to return.
