1 FULL YEAR! ✨

Today marks a full year of holding superhost status! Thanks to all our wonderful guests for making this happen for us. We are beyond excited to hit this milestone in our hostess career. We are so thankful for everyone who have been with us along the way… Our amazing management crew (let’s face it they are the backbone of our business), our friends and family for all their hardwork helping us with all our projects, our wonderful neighbors and all the wonderful guests that enjoy Parked in the sand as much as we do! We love you all!! ❤️ We knew this journey wouldn’t be easy at times, but man we cherish all these milestones! Here’s to many more in 2024!!

The guys put in another hard days work! Top decks are complete and the second level decks are just about complete. They have been working non stop! These decks are looking beautiful and so stout. We can’t wait for you all to get to come and enjoy them with us!

Hi everyone!

We have gained quite a few new followers over the last few months so we felt it was time to reintroduce ourselves……

We are the Parker family! 👨‍👩‍👧

Corey, Melina and Hazel. We are middle school sweethearts who have grown up together and now raising our family of our own! We dreamed of traveling around the world, seeing all there was to see. We may have not hit all of our bucket list places just yet but Corolla was a dream destination for sure. From the moment we first drove down the beach and saw the wild horses we knew we were in some way “home.” We wanted more than to just visit this beach, we wanted to join the community here and possibly relocate here one day. All these thoughts led to “Parked in the sand” a beach house we not only can enjoy but we can share with all of you! We have taken our love for this beach and put it into our home plus so much more! This is our home away from home. We have grown to love everything about this slice of paradise.

We love sharing our journey with you all and can’t wait to see where else life will take us on adventures! Parker vacation rentals will only keep growing! But for now, Parked in the sand is our humble abode! We hope you’ll come enjoy it with us! 🌴

🚨SAND DRIVING TIP🚨

We get asked a lot about the importance of airing down and if it’s really necessary. Here is a great resource! You can see a huge difference with a tire at 40 psi to 20 psi (our recommended tire pressure driving on the sand) The traction difference is huge and is going to greatly impact weather you will make it through the sand or not.

Please take this extra step when traveling to our home. This will save so much added stress on your vacation that could be avoided.

This weeks addition to the beach house is a second fridge!! We’ve had so many requests for extra space for drinks and ice! You ask and we deliver!

The lowest level now has a fridge, ready to be filled with all your drinks and ice for a hot day on the beach! 🌊🧊🍹

EXCITING NEWS!!!!🔥

Guests have requested and we have listened and delivered…….

Parked in the sand is now offering shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. Not only does this just make traveling a little more stress free for our guests as it’s one less thing to pack but also creates a more luxurious stay feel. Ultimately, that is our goal. Happy and comfortable guests is our top priority.

Refreshing sea air and citrus notes make for the perfect relaxing scents for a beach vacation!
