My favorite time of year!! Warm enough during the day to swim and go to the beach. Cool enough at night to watch college basketball and football by the new fireplace with driftwood mantel. 😊🔥🏈🏀

We updated the front decks. It used to be a sitting area and a screened in porch with dining for six. Problem was insects and dirt would get in and not go out. So it was a pretty useless area.

We removed the screens and turned it into an outdoor living room with a TV and sound bar! Two ceiling fans have also been installed. Much better use of space!!

Brand new 2023 Club Car Onward 6 passenger golf cart just purchased. Looking forward to it being delivered in mid August! We needed to replace the current golf cart/POS that Soundside Carts built for us is no longer operational after not even 2 years of use.

Picked this up on Prime Day for guests to enjoy. I don’t know why I never bought one of these earlier? They say the cup holders are wide enough for a bottle of wine. Will be nice to keep things out of the sand and not having to search through bags all of the time.

Stepping up our bed sheets and towels. Ralph Lauren towels, king, and queen sheets. Lacoste sheets for the twin beds. Definitely an upgrade from what we had. We wanted to match the bedding and towels with the rest of the house.

We updated our internet service to gigabit up and down. Replaced our Google Nest Pro WiFi with Asus ZenWiFi XT9 WiFi 6 mesh system. What a huge difference! Speeds below are over WiFi from the access point. Guests can enjoy WiFi speeds between 400 - 700mbs.
