Enjoy the 14' x 30' private pool or relax in the hot tub. If you enjoy grilling, there's a gas grill at your disposal and picnic tables located by the pool or upper level sun deck. Entertainment is offered in the rec room with a foosball table, wet bar with mini-fridge. Watch TV or listen to your phone through the speakers on the pool deck. Pack your streaming passwords and log in to 3 smart TVs.

A great room with smart TV and dining area for 8, and fully stocked kitchen will satisfy the needs of any chef. Kitchen has bar seating for 6 gives everyone room to spread out. You can follow the community path to the beach. Also provided to assist in your trip to the beach is a Roleez cart, pack the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, toys, rafts and all with ease. Go enjoy the sun and surf! Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk Sets and 1 Daybed and Futon. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
