Q: Who is the ideal guest?
A: Well, you are of course! 🫶 Our properties are perfect for couples or small families. Both have 2 bedrooms with comfortable king beds and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a pull out sofa in each living area. An open kitchen with a huge center island makes it perfect for cooking in or just hanging out together.

Q: Can we book both condos?
A: Yes! This was a lot of our why behind adding The 1903 Beach Club and Legacy Beach Club at Whalehead in the same community. Reserving both properties is a great idea for those needing a little extra room for friends/family (each sleeps 6) but still want to have their own space. Haven’t you heard?? The #1 thing not to forget on vacation with kids? Grandparents of course ❤️

Q: Are there any other ways to save?

We have been so blessed with the support of our first property Legacy Beach Club at Whalehead and are excited to introduce you to our newest, The 1903 Beach Club !

The 1903 Beach Club is a brand new in ‘24 luxury condo that will feel like your home away from home.

Named after the Wright Brothers and the year of their first flight in Kitty Hawk, you’ll find little pieces of aviation history throughout the condo.

Light and airy beach living with tall ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. You’ll enjoy comfortable beds and furniture, large flat screens, a fully equipped open kitchen with an extra long kitchen island and an outdoor grill. Our front porch faces the pool with seating to relax and unwind after a fun day or while you sip your morning coffee.

Beach Club at Whalehead is a gorgeous oceanside community with ammenties including heated resort style pool with private cabanas and fire pits. Coming soon clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, onsite dining and MORE!
