Take a break from the sun and enjoy the breeze in the covered entertainment area/bar complete with an outdoor TV! Your oasis is equipped with an outdoor bathroom and shower for your convenience. And don’t forget to relax your muscles in the private hot tub after a long day.

Inside the home, you’ll find a spacious and inviting interior with all the essentials and more. Relax beneath vaulted ceilings in the open living area and doze off in one of five bedrooms. Hi Everyone - We are the NEW owners of your favorite beach house (Salmon Shores) and we are excited to let you know that we are making a few updates to our lovely getaway! We hope you'll get to enjoy our beach house this upcoming season (2023).

1. Here's a list of the major UPDATES you can expect:
-Interior renovations (most notably, we are converting the upstairs powder room into a full bathroom)
-Creating an outdoor entertainment space with a wet bar/tv!
-Plenty of new outdoor lounge furniture
-And MUCH more so stay tuned!

2. We are changing the house name from "Salmon Shores" to "Boracay Beach House". We will be changing the name of this group at the end of the month to prevent confusion.

3. We are no longer associated with Sun Realty and are now having VACASA manage our home for our guests. If you're interested in booking, please use this link: https://www.vacasa.com/unit/93759

Is that time already! Putting together the guest gift bags for this season! Great news, since we have new keyless entry this year, housekeeping will be leaving the gifts at the house for guests arrival. This is new for all of us so please just give Sun a call if your gift isn’t there when you arrive!

The new furniture and TV in the living room are two of the updates we've made for this season. We spent the weekend washing bedding and fluffing pillows and beginning to get the house ready for a wonderful summer!
