Amazing food and experience! This restaurant should be on your bucket list!

For this next course, we have a jumbo Scallop from Hokkaido Japan brushed with just a touch of our home made soy, then hit with a good amount of our house made ponzu and finished with fresh lemon, sea salt that we import from Bali and a touch of yuzu kosho. This bite has been upgraded, as our guest has opted in to our caviar add on option to bring it to even higher levels.
